பிரபல ஆப்கான் பெண்ணுக்கு தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கியதால் சர்ச்சையில் சிக்கிய பாகிஸ்தான்

 

ஆயிரம் வார்த்தைகள் சொல்லாததை ஒரு புகைப்படம் சொல்லிவிடும். ஆப்கான் பெண்'(Afghan Girl) என்று பெயரிடப்பட்ட  ஷர்பத் பிபி என்ற பெண்ணின் புகைப்படம் ஜூன்,1985 ஆம் ஆண்டு ‘நேஷனல் ஜியோக்ரபி இதழில் அட்டைப் படமாக வெளிவந்து உலகப் புகழ்பெற்றது.

இப்படம் 1980 இல் ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் நிலை மற்றும் உலக முழுவதுமிருக்கும் அகதிகளின் நிலையை வெளிப்படுத்துவதாக இருந்தது. அவளின் பச்சை நிறக் கண்களும் அது சொன்ன செய்தியும் உலகத்தை கவனிக்க வைத்தது.

அந்த கண்களுக்குப் பின்னே உறைந்துகிடந்த துயரம் அன்றைய ஆப்கானின் நிலையை வெளிச்சம் போட்டுக் காட்டியது. “ஆப்கன் மோனலிஷா” என்று இப்பெண்ணை அழைக்கக் காரணமாக இருந்த இப் புகைப்படத்தை எடுத்தவர் ‘ஸ்டீவ் மெக்கரி’ எனும் புகழ்பெற்ற நேஷனல் ஜியோக்ரபி புகைப்படக்காரர் ஆவார்.

அந்த பெண்ணின் பெயர் ஷர்பத் பிபி இவர் தோரா போரா மலைப்பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்று தெரியவந்தது. சோவியத் – ஆப்கான் போரின் போது தன் ஆறு வயதில் சோவியத்தின் குண்டுகளுக்கு தன் பெற்றோர்களைப் பலி கொடுத்துவிட்டு, தன் சகோதரன் மற்றும் இரண்டு சகோதரிகளோடு உயிர் பிழைக்க பனி மலைகளைக் கடந்து எல்லைதாண்டி பாகிஸ்தான் முகாம்களில் அடைகலம் அடைந்தவர்.

இவர் தற்போது ரஹ்மத் குல் என்பவரை திருமணம் செய்துள்ளார்.  2002 இல் புகைப்படக் கலைஞர் ‘ஸ்டீவ் மெக்கரி’ அந்தப் பெண்ணைத் தேடி கண்டு பிடித்து மீண்டும் புகைப்படம் எடுத்தார்.

இந்த ஆப்கான் பெண்ணிற்கு தற்போது பாகிஸ்தான் அரசு தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கி உள்ளது. ஷர்பத், அவரது கணவர் ரஹ்மத், ஷர்பத்தின் மகன்கள் வலிகான், ரவுப்கான் ஆகியோருக்கும் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கியுள்ளது.


இது அங்கு சர்ச்சையை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது. உலக அளவில் பிரசித்தி பெற்ற ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் பெண்ணுக்கு எவ்வாறு பாகிஸ்தானில் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கப்பட்டது என சர்ச்சை வெடித்துள்ளது.

தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை மனுவில் ஷர்பத் பெசாவரில் பிறந்ததாகக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவை அனைத்தும் போலியாகத் தரப்பட்டு அவருக்கு அடையாள அட்டை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதைத் தொடர்ந்து பாகிஸ்தான் தேசிய தகவல் மற்றும் பதிவு அதிகாரிகள் 4 பேர் பணி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இது தொடர்பாக விசாரணை நடத்த உத்தரவிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மேலும், ஷர்பத் குடும்பத்தினரின் அடையாள அட்டைகளும் தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.

சீனாவில் காதலுக்கு எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவித்து பெற்ற மகளையே ஆறு ஆண்டுகள் வீட்டுக்குள்ளேயே பெற்றோர் சிறை வைத்த சம்பவம் அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. சீனாவின் ஹுபெய் மாகாணத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் சாங் குய் என்ற இளம்பெண். கடந்த 2009ம் ஆண்டு சாங் குய் இளைஞர் ஒருவரைக் காதலிப்பது அவரது பெற்றோருக்குத் தெரிய வந்தது. 

 

மகளின் காதலுக்கு எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்த பெற்றோர், சாங்கை சுதந்திரமாக வெளியில் விட்டால் அவர் காதலனுடன் சென்று விடுவார் என அஞ்சினர். காதலுக்கு எதிர்ப்பு... மகளை 6 வருடம் வீட்டுக்குள் சிறை வைத்து மன நோயாளியாக்கிய கொடூர பெற்றோர்! இதனால், அவர்கள் சாங்கை வீட்டுச் சிறையில் அடைத்தனர். அக்கம்பக்கத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் மகளை பற்றி கேட்ட போது, அவளுக்கு மனநிலை சரியில்லை, ஆகையால் அவளைப் பாதுகாக்கவே தனியறையில் அடைத்து வைத்துள்ளதாக மழுப்பி வந்துள்ளனர். 

 

இந்நிலையில், ஆறு ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு சாங்கின் நிலையை சோ ஜென் என்ற 50 முதியவர் வெளிச்சத்திற்கு கொண்டு வந்துள்ளார். சாங்கைப் பெற்றோர் வீட்டுச் சிறையில் அடைத்திருப்பது தொடர்பாக அவர் போலீசில் புகார் அளித்துள்ளார்.

 

 மேலும், பரிதாபகரமான நிலையில் சாங் படுத்திருப்பது போன்ற புகைப்படங்களை அவர் இணையத்தில் வெளியிட்டுள்ளார். இது தொடர்பாக சோ ஜென் கூறுகையில், ‘அப்பெண்ணின் பெற்றோர் மிகவும் சக்தி வாய்ந்தவர்கள். ஆகையால் அங்குள்ள யாரும் இவ்விவகாரத்தில் தலையிடக்கூடாது என மிரட்டப்பட்டனர். 

 

அப்பெண் வீட்டிற்குள் இருப்பது பல காலமாகவே அனைவருக்கும் தெரியும். நான் வெளியூரில் வசிக்கிறேன். எப்போதாவது தான் இங்கு வருவேன். எனவே யாருடையை மிரட்டலுக்கும் நான் பயப்படமாட்டேன். 

 

ஒவ்வொரு புது வருடத்தன்றும் அப்பெண்ணை நான் ரகசியமாக சந்திப்பேன். அவ்வாறு சமீபத்தில் அப்பெண்ணை நான் சந்தித்த போது, எனது கண்கள் குளமானது. 

 

வைக்கோல் பொதிகளுக்கு நடுவே போர்வையால் சுற்றப்பட்டு அவள் படுக்கையில் கிடந்தாள். அவளை சுற்றி உணவு சிதறிக்கிடந்தது. அப்போது தான் அவள் துன்பப்பட்டது எல்லாம் போதும் என்று நினைத்தேன். 

 

அப்பெண்ணின் நிலையை புகைப்படமாக எடுத்தேன். பெரும் வருத்தத்தில் இருந்த நான் போலீசாரிடம் இது குறித்து புகார் அளித்தேன். பின்னர் அப்புகைப்படங்களை ஆன்-லைனில் வெளியிட்டேன்' எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். பெற்றோரே இவ்வாறு மகளை வீட்டுக்குள் சிறை வைத்து கொடுமைப் படுத்திய சம்பவம் சீனாவில் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

அறுவை சிகிச்சை மூலம் குறை மாதத்தில், அவருக்கு ஆண் குழந்தை பிறந்துள்ளது. மேலும் குழந்தை பனிக்குடம் உடையாமலேயே பிறந்துள்ளது.
80,000 குழந்தைகளில் ஒன்றுதான் பனிக்குடத்துடன் பிறக்கும் என மருத்துவர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

பனிக்குடத்துக்குள் கை, கால்களை மடக்கி குழந்தை இருந்ததை பார்க்கவே வியப்பாக இருந்தது என்று மருத்துவர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
